5th Children’s Congress on October 14 – 17, 2014
The 5th Children’s Congress will be held at the CSI Stadia this coming October 14 – 17, 2014. This annual event is again spearheaded by the beloved City Mayor of Dagupan, Mayor Belen T. Fernandez, with the Department of Education-Dagupan City Schools Division which promises to be filled not just with learning but a lot of fun as well.
